At the start of every month, we publish a custom content plan directly to your Pulse portal. It covers the focus theme for the month, reel and post ideas tailored to your brand, key dates to work around, and what to film or capture. You open it, read it, and know exactly what's coming.
When you have footage, photos, or anything to share, you upload it directly in your Pulse portal in seconds. Add a note if there's anything specific you want us to know. No emails, no file-sharing links, no back and forth.
The upload screen walks you through it step by step. Pick your content type, drop in your files, add a note, and submit. Done in under two minutes.
Once your upload is in, our team gets to work. Video editing, branded graphics, captions written in your brand voice. Every piece is produced, reviewed, and prepared for your approval. You don't need to follow up or check in.
When everything is ready, you'll get a notification to review your content in Planable, a simple approval tool where you can see exactly how each post will look. Leave a comment if you want a tweak, or approve it all at once.
Approved content gets scheduled and posted across your platforms. You can track everything in your dashboard: what's in production, what's been approved, what's gone live. Your feed stays consistent without you having to think about it.
