No. Pulse does not include filming or photography. You capture footage and photos using your phone or team, then upload them through the Pulse portal. We handle editing, graphics, captions, and scheduling.
Pulse Posts ($350/mo) is focused on branded graphics and posts — no video editing. Pulse Managed ($500/mo) adds short-form video edits to the same system. Both plans include the Pulse portal, Pulse AI, captions, scheduling, and monthly content direction.
At the start of each month, your portal includes a content plan with clear direction. You can submit raw footage, photos, promotional details, product or service info, notes, announcements, or ideas. The more context you provide, the better we can represent your brand.
Yes. Nothing is scheduled without your approval. All content is sent through Planable, where you can review, leave feedback, and approve each post before it goes live.
Pulse is a monthly content system, not a rush editing service. Once you submit your content, we aim to have everything produced and ready for your review within your monthly window. Specific timelines are discussed when you get started.
Yes. You can request add-ons directly through the Pulse portal — including extra reel edits, extra branded graphics, Story Packs, and Google Review Support. Add-ons are manually invoiced each month.
