A monthly rhythm, not a weekly scramble

Most businesses do not struggle because they have nothing to post. They struggle because managing content every week is relentless. Pulse Managed replaces that weekly scramble with a structured monthly cycle — one where the direction is set, the production is handled, and the posts go out on schedule.

The goal is to remove the guesswork. At the start of each month, Creativision creates a clear content plan with suggested ideas and direction. You upload what you have. We handle the rest — editing, graphics, captions, approvals, and scheduling.

The core rhythm: We create the plan. You upload with direction. We produce and schedule. Every month, on repeat.

The three-step monthly cycle

Every Pulse Managed month follows the same three steps. You do not need to manage the timeline — Creativision moves the workflow forward each month.

Step 01

We plan the month

At the start of each month, Creativision creates your monthly content plan. This includes a focus theme, suggested reel ideas, suggested post and graphic ideas, key dates, and clear direction on what to capture or submit. You review the plan inside the Pulse portal and choose which ideas you want to move forward with.

Step 02

You upload with direction

Uploading is simple through your Pulse portal. For reels and video edits, send your raw footage. For graphics and posts, you can submit notes, promotions, announcements, ideas, or reference materials — uploading files is optional unless you have specific assets you want used. Clear monthly direction from our team makes every upload straightforward.

Step 03

We produce and schedule

Creativision edits your videos, designs your branded graphics, writes captions, and prepares content for your approval. Once approved, posts are scheduled through your content calendar. Nothing goes live without your sign-off. Content direction, editing, graphics, captions, scheduling, and workflow — all in one managed system.

At the end of the month, the workflow resets. Upcoming dates, new promotions, ideas, or priorities feed into the next monthly plan. The cycle keeps moving without you having to restart from scratch.

What happens inside the Pulse portal

The Pulse portal is your content workspace. It gives you one place to stay organized throughout the month — no separate tools, no scattered threads, no digging through emails to find your latest content status.

Approval and revisions

Nothing gets scheduled until it is approved. Once a content piece is ready, you can review it through the approval workflow. If the content looks good, it moves forward to scheduling. If changes are needed, you can request a revision.

The base Pulse Managed package includes one revision round per content piece. This keeps the workflow simple and predictable. A revision may include:

Larger changes, new concepts, major edits, or completely different versions may count as add-ons or a new content piece. If you are unsure whether a change falls within the revision round, just ask — we will let you know before anything moves forward.

Turnaround and timing

Turnaround time depends on how quickly content is submitted, how complete the direction is, and how quickly approvals are returned. The workflow is built to move efficiently — but it works best when both sides stay on track.

General expectations:

For best results: Submit content and direction early in the month and respond to approval requests quickly. Content submitted late may be delayed or moved into the next content cycle depending on production capacity.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I send my content to Creativision?
Clients send content through the Pulse portal. For video edits, upload or link your raw footage. For graphics and posts, you can submit notes, promotions, announcements, ideas, or reference materials. Clear direction from your monthly plan makes every upload straightforward.
Do I need to upload footage for every post?
No. Footage is usually needed for reels and video edits. For graphics, posts, stories, or carousels, notes or direction are often enough — unless you have specific assets or photos you want used. Your monthly plan will always clarify what to capture or send for each content type.
How long does production take?
Turnaround depends on the content type, the completeness of direction provided, and how quickly approvals are returned. In general, standard production takes a few business days after all required assets and notes are received. Revisions may add additional time depending on the change requested.
Will I approve content before it goes live?
Yes. Nothing gets scheduled until it is approved. Once a content piece is ready, you review it through the approval workflow. After approval, it can be scheduled through the content calendar. You always have visibility before anything is posted.
What happens if I need changes to a piece?
The base package includes one revision round per content piece. Small adjustments like caption edits, graphic text changes, clip swaps, or date updates can be handled in that round. Larger changes, new concepts, or additional versions may count as add-ons or a new content piece. See the full inclusions breakdown for details.
What if I miss a month or do not upload enough content?
If there is not enough content or direction submitted, we may focus on graphics, evergreen posts, or ideas that can be produced from notes and the monthly plan. If content is submitted too late in the month, some items may move into the next content cycle depending on production capacity and workload.
Do I need to be available for calls every month?
Not usually. Pulse Managed is designed to reduce back-and-forth. Most of the workflow happens through the Pulse portal, monthly plan, and approval process. Calls may be scheduled when needed — such as onboarding or if direction needs clarification — but they are not required for every content cycle.
What is Pulse AI and how does it help?
Pulse AI is a brand-aware AI assistant built into the Pulse portal. It can help you generate reel ideas, hook lines, caption drafts, story prompts, content angles, and monthly inspiration — all informed by your brand profile. Pulse AI supports the workflow, but Creativision still manages planning, production, scheduling, and the overall content process.
Can I request extra content pieces beyond what is included?
Yes. Add-ons are available for extra reel edits, extra branded graphics, Story Packs, and Google Review Support. You can request add-ons directly through the Pulse portal. See the full Pulse Managed pricing page for add-on rates.
How do I get started with Pulse Managed?
You can get started with Pulse Managed on the main Pulse page. Spots are limited. You can also contact Creativision directly with any questions about whether Pulse Managed is the right fit for your business.
