Every Pulse Managed month follows the same three steps. You do not need to manage the timeline — Creativision moves the workflow forward each month.
We plan the month
At the start of each month, Creativision creates your monthly content plan. This includes a focus theme, suggested reel ideas, suggested post and graphic ideas, key dates, and clear direction on what to capture or submit. You review the plan inside the Pulse portal and choose which ideas you want to move forward with.
You upload with direction
Uploading is simple through your Pulse portal. For reels and video edits, send your raw footage. For graphics and posts, you can submit notes, promotions, announcements, ideas, or reference materials — uploading files is optional unless you have specific assets you want used. Clear monthly direction from our team makes every upload straightforward.
We produce and schedule
Creativision edits your videos, designs your branded graphics, writes captions, and prepares content for your approval. Once approved, posts are scheduled through your content calendar. Nothing goes live without your sign-off. Content direction, editing, graphics, captions, scheduling, and workflow — all in one managed system.
At the end of the month, the workflow resets. Upcoming dates, new promotions, ideas, or priorities feed into the next monthly plan. The cycle keeps moving without you having to restart from scratch.

Approval and revisions
Nothing gets scheduled until it is approved. Once a content piece is ready, you can review it through the approval workflow. If the content looks good, it moves forward to scheduling. If changes are needed, you can request a revision.
The base Pulse Managed package includes one revision round per content piece. This keeps the workflow simple and predictable. A revision may include:
- Adjusting text on a graphic
- Fixing a caption detail
- Swapping a clip or updating a transition
- Updating a date, price, or promotion
- Adjusting the order of a video sequence
Larger changes, new concepts, major edits, or completely different versions may count as add-ons or a new content piece. If you are unsure whether a change falls within the revision round, just ask — we will let you know before anything moves forward.
Turnaround and timing
Turnaround time depends on how quickly content is submitted, how complete the direction is, and how quickly approvals are returned. The workflow is built to move efficiently — but it works best when both sides stay on track.
General expectations:
- Monthly plan is created near the start of the month
- Standard content production usually takes a few business days after assets and direction are received
- Revisions may add additional time depending on the change
- Approved content is scheduled after final sign-off
For best results: Submit content and direction early in the month and respond to approval requests quickly. Content submitted late may be delayed or moved into the next content cycle depending on production capacity.
