3 short-form video edits per month
Each month Creativision edits three short-form videos from client-provided footage. These are designed for short-form social platforms — Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, or LinkedIn depending on where the client posts.
- Raw video footage
- Context or notes on the goal
- Any specific direction or references
- Trimming and sequencing
- Short-form editing
- Text overlays when relevant
- Captions/subtitles when appropriate
- Audio and music direction
- Formatting for social platforms
Important: Video edits are based on client-provided footage. On-site filming is not included in the base package. If your business needs Creativision to film content, a full-service package may be the better fit.
4 branded graphics or posts per month
Each month Creativision creates four branded graphics or posts. These are designed to match the client's visual brand and can cover a range of content types.
- Notes, promos, or announcements
- Ideas or references (optional)
- Photos or assets if available
- Monthly direction from the plan
- Branded graphic design
- Educational or promo post creation
- Service highlights and announcements
- Testimonial formatting when provided
- Brand-consistent layout and styling
For graphics and posts, uploading files is optional. Notes, promotions, announcements, or ideas may be enough — clients do not always need to provide assets for every graphic.
Captions for all included posts
Creativision writes captions for all monthly content pieces. Captions are written to match the client's brand voice, content direction, and platform needs. They may include calls to action, location references, service details, or promotional information depending on the piece.
Clients do not need to write their own captions — that is part of what Creativision manages each month.
Scheduling support
Once content is reviewed and approved, Creativision helps prepare and schedule posts through the client's scheduling workflow. The goal is to reduce last-minute posting and keep the month organized so content goes out on time.

Monthly content direction
At the start of each month, Creativision creates a monthly content direction for the client. This gives clients a clear picture of the month before they upload anything.
Monthly content direction can include:
- Focus theme for the month
- Suggested reel ideas
- Suggested post and graphic ideas
- Key dates, events, or promotions
- Guidance on what to capture or submit
- Content priorities for the month
This direction is the starting point for every content cycle. Clients review it inside the Pulse portal and choose which ideas to move forward with.
Pulse client portal
Every Pulse Managed client gets access to the Pulse portal — a dedicated content workspace that keeps the monthly workflow in one place instead of scattered across emails, texts, or file-sharing threads.
Inside the portal, clients can:
- View the monthly content plan and suggested ideas
- Upload content, notes, promos, or references
- Track content status — in production, awaiting approval, scheduled, or posted
- Request add-ons
- Access Pulse AI
- Stay organized throughout the month
Pulse AI support
Pulse AI is included as part of the Pulse Managed workflow at no additional cost. It is a brand-aware AI assistant that helps clients generate ideas, drafts, and prompts faster.
Clients can use Pulse AI for:
- Content ideas and monthly inspiration
- Reel hook ideas
- Caption drafts
- Story prompts
- Post concepts and content angles
- Simple marketing prompts
Pulse AI supports the workflow — it is not a replacement for Creativision's team. Creativision still manages planning, production, captions, scheduling, and the overall content process.
1 revision round per content piece
Each included content piece comes with one revision round. This keeps the workflow simple and predictable while still giving clients a chance to request changes before content is approved and scheduled.
What a revision can include:
- Adjusting text on a graphic
- Correcting a caption detail
- Swapping a clip or adjusting a sequence
- Updating a date, offer, or callout
- Minor design tweaks
Major changes, new concepts, completely different directions, or additional versions may count as add-ons or a new content piece.
Add-ons available when you need more
The base package is designed to stay focused and predictable. When clients need additional output, add-ons can be requested directly through the Pulse portal.
What is not included
Pulse Managed is intentionally scoped to keep the monthly package clear and affordable. The following are not part of the base package:
- On-site filming or content production days
- Unlimited content or unlimited revisions
- Daily posting or platform-wide community management
- Paid advertising management
- Full brand strategy or creative direction from scratch
- Website design or development
- Advanced motion graphics or long-form video editing
- Full campaign management
- Full-service social media management beyond the defined package
